1) What this service is
“Vendor Fast-Reply” is an async service that helps you complete vendor/security questionnaires
using a consistent, evidence-mapped workflow — delivered back in the same format you provide.
2) What this service is NOT
- No legal advice. This is not legal counsel and we are not acting as your attorney.
- No certification. We do not provide SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certification or claim you have controls you don’t.
- No fabricated controls. We will not invent tools, policies, or practices you don’t actually have.
3) Deliverables
- Completed questionnaire returned in the same format you provided (sheet/doc/export), to the extent feasible.
- Evidence references where applicable (based on links/materials you provide or explicitly approve).
- A “gap flags list” identifying items that may trigger follow-ups or cannot be evidenced.
- One factual correction round after your review.
4) Turnaround time
- 72 business hours (Mon–Fri) begins after intake is completed and required materials are received.
- If required inputs are missing, the clock pauses until you provide them.
5) Client responsibilities
- You provide the questionnaire file/export and any available evidence links/materials.
- You confirm any “hard no” answers (claims you cannot make).
- You review and approve the final answers before submission to your prospect/procurement team.
6) Tier confirmation / scope
- QuickFill covers up to 60 questions. Standard covers 60–150 questions.
- If your questionnaire exceeds the tier or includes heavy custom requirements, we pause before starting and send an upgrade option.
- If it’s materially out of scope, we apply the Fit Guarantee (below).
7) Guarantees
- Fit Guarantee: If after intake we can’t support your format/timeline or it’s materially out of scope, we refund 100% before work begins.
- On-Time Guarantee: If we miss the deadline due to our side, you receive an automatic 20% refund.
8) Payment and refunds
- Payment is required before work begins.
- Except for the guarantees above, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
9) Confidentiality & data
- We use your submitted materials only to complete delivery.
- We do not sell your data.
- You may request deletion after delivery (subject to legal/accounting obligations).
